Gold for Raphaela Schrader at the Inline Alpine German Nationals

Bad Kötzingen was the host city of the German championships in the slalom and giant slalom diciplines, the  most important national race for inline alpine skaters in 2010.

The giant slalom on Saturday was a rain battle. The two Powerslide girls fighted for the victory but missed it by some hundreds of a second. Julia Grüning captured silver, Raphaela took bronce. Benedict Heudorfer-Merz also took silver for the men.

The conditions changed for the slalom races on Sunday. It was cloudy, but sunny and dry. The girls finished with a double victory. Raphaela won gold followed by her teammate Julia.

The young mens team did also well and took a 5th, 6th, 8th and 10th place besides the silver medal during the weekend.

Cecilia Baena and Andres Muñoz win marathon at Juegos Central Americanos y del Caribe

The two big stars of Powerslide in Colombia, Cecilia Baena and Andres Muñoz once again showed their great shape and their extraordinary strive for victory. At the Central American Games, both won the marathon in front of their Colombian teammates and the remainder of the pack, once again proving that the combination of Powerslide skates with Matter wheels is unbeatable.

Checy Baena wins the 1000m at the Central American Games!

Checy takes a big win Bogota. She won the 1000m on road! Her Colombian and Powerslide/Matter team mate Andres Munoz finished 2nd in the men's event while supporting his team mate to win! Congrats to both of them.

Andres Muñoz wins 200m at Central American games in Bogotá

With a great time of 16.44 seconds, Andres Muñoz just became central American champion on the 200m sprint. Beating Felipe Castillo from Venezuela and his long time teammate and rival, Pedro Causil.
Andres proved to be a very allround talent, while just after the 200m, he participated and finished 3rd in the 20km elimination, which was won by Jorge Cifuentes.
In the ladies´ category Cecilia ´Chechy´ Baena finished fourth. A good result dconsidering the fact that she was added to the selection in the last minute, due to Jersey Puello´s withdrawal...

18 gold medals on Matter Lethal at US indoor nationals

The introduction of the brandnew Matter Lethal wheels at the US indoor nationals was a great success. 18 gold medals were won on the new yellow Lethal wheels. Furthermore on Lethal wheels 5 new national records were set. Amongst others we congratulate:
